Tom was superb and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He arrived promptly at our home, conducted a thorough investigation into the cause of the problem and quickly solved the issue by installing a valve and undertaking some essential repairs to our drain system. We felt his charges were very fair and reasonable and he would be the first person we would contact should we have any further pest issues.

Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He's helped me out with several jobs at various rental properties. He always keeps me fully informed, any extra work needed is always agreed prior. Tenants have all been very pleased with his work and tidyness.

We had rats living in the house. I was unable to get rid of them. I should have contacted Tom sooner. Polite, professional and extremely effective. Not only did he get rid of the rats, he worked out how they were getting into the house and prevented any future entry. Fully recommend.

Tom is very approachable and helpful. He came out quickly to exterminate a wasps nest as we have your young children and their presence made me nervous. Highly recommended :-)
